 Biztalk 2009 is released as planned. Get it at Microsoft Licensing web site as usual. The good news: Upgrade from 2006 can be very simple for even advanced orchistrations. 
The support for Team Foundation Server is much appreciated. I am looking forward to testing the upgrade.
